About Us

The founder and CEO Mr. Reinhard Atela grew up seeing people suffer being evicted out of their houses for lack of rent, himself having faced the same several times. He got tired of being under untold pressure each month to pay rents and decided to go into real estate to be able to have his own home and help several others like him get to have a home at an affordable price and better payment terms. He believes that if his guards can’t afford their houses then they are too expensive. With this drive Reinhard together with his amazing team of investors, architects, developers and individual home owners went into frenzy to bring up several apartment buildings and gated communities affordably and at wonderful payment rates.

Later on, having set up their offices in Nairobi they resorted to move Kisumu and set out to make this vision into a reality.
